Why Jimmy Carter got the Nobel Prize

As for Jimmy Carter...I thought he got the Nobel for being the first...or at least being AMONGST the first ... Annapolis graduates able to write complete sentences.

Well, I suppose that is a better reason than quite a few others I know of.

Oh yes, and I have a hunch that Dick might be a West Point man himself...
